What kind of capsules do you have?
Can I buy just one capsule or is it better a pack with a tamper?
You can buy just one capsule but if it's your first order or if you buy as a gift, we advise you to buy a pack with a tamper.
It is not only more economical, but the results will also be better than without a tamper.
With what machines are the capsules compatible?
The capsules for Nespresso® are compatible with most machines (all the machines manufactured after 2008).
You can click here to have a quick overview of the Evergreen Capsules® being used with some machines.
If you have the Essenza mini D-30 or the Latissima One machine, we strongly advise you to go with the version of our capsule using single-use lids here.
To know more about the compatibility for each system you can go to its product page where we show pictures of the compatible machines.
What currency can i use to pay?
You can pay in your local currency.
If you are not located in Europe, the price should update automatically with your own currency but if you want to change it you can do so at the bottom of the page or in the menu.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship the order 1-2 days after you place it. After that, the delay to receive it is around 1-3 weeks depending on your country (see our shipping policy here for more details).
Please keep in mind that some external factors can have an impact on that delay, for example custom clearance, over which we have absolutely no control.
The item I ordered arrived damaged, what can I do?
We are very sorry about this. Please send us pictures a email@example.com with your order number and we will review your case in priority.
I don’t like buying online, i have already been scammed before.
We understand. The website is secured by a SSL certificate to ensure maximum security during your purchase.
Furthermore, we never have access to any of your banking details. We only see your delivery address and name.

Shipping & Returns
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we do ship Worldwide (except a few exceptions like Russia, China and some remote locations).
Where do you ship from?
Depending on your country and order, we ship either from Barcelona, Spain, or from one of our other warehouses in the World.
Are orders shipped with a tracking number?
Yes they are. You will receive the tracking number by email 3-5 days after placing the order. If you didn’t receive it or if there is any issue please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Why is my order taking so long?
We are sorry about the delay. Sometimes international orders take longer than planned. There can be numerous reasons, like custom clearance for example. With the tracking number you can see where your package is at any time.
